Shipping

Shipping will take place after receipt of payment. Please note that a bank transfer usually require 1-3 business days, which may delay the delivery time.

If within seven business days no payment has been received in our account, we ask for your understanding that we will cancel the order request sent to us.

Is there a minimum order value? There are no restrictions.
Accounting of credits Accounting of individual credits for prepayment orders is done manually. Therefore, please point this out to us in the comments field when completing the order. Subsequently, we will then contact you by e-mail for further clarification.

Payment Processing In the payment process can be selected under the payment methods the item "credit cards", which then the encrypted payment form from Stripe Inc. with the credit card information to be filled. A confirmation via "Order subject to payment" completes the order.
Accepted credit cards Credit cards from VISA, Master-Card, AMEX and Discover are accepted.
Accepted currency All offered currencies are accepted.
Different cardholder and recipient or billing address For security reasons, orders with a different shipping address or recipient will be reviewed and canceled if necessary.
Clearing a credit Clearing credits with an order paid by credit card is not possible.
Payment time The payment is made directly after the successful charge of the credit card, which takes place immediately after the completion of the payment process.
Data transmission to Levana Only the name, contact details and the ordered items are transmitted to Levana.
Change or cancellation of an order

If a change should be made, please contact as soon as possible, indicating customer and order number to info@levana.store.

A change of cancellation is only possible as long as the goods have not yet been packed and shipped. A confirmation will be sent by email after the successful cancellation to the deposited email.

Shipping The shipment is standard, as soon as all items are available.

Immediately The debit of your account takes place immediately after submission of the order.

Apple Pay

To use Apple Pay, the following conditions apply:

- You must meet a supported country or region

Payment limits There are no restrictions on the amount. Only in the type of payment differences may arise depending on the order value. In Germany, payments over 25€ (Visa) or 50€ (Mastercard) may require you to enter your PIN. The conditions for all other countries you learn here.
Payment methods
